Inspection Reports

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They regulate and inspect to achieve excellence in the care of children and young people, and in education and skills for learners of all ages.

You can find details of the latest Ofsted report for St Sampson's Primary School - Good - November 2021 - are available below.

As we are a Church of England Controlled school, we have a second inspection which is for the Diocese – known as a SIAMS, Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools.

If you would like more information on SIAMS please refer to the  SIAMS website.

We had our most recent SIAMS inspection in July 2024, where we were judged to be J1, which means:

Through its vision and practice, the school is living up to its foundation as a Church school and is enabling pupils and adults to flourish

This report is available below.

Furthermore, Ofsted Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think of your child’s school, including:

 - how happy your child is at the school

 - how the school manages bullying or challenging behaviour

If your child has special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), it will ask how well the school supports them.
